    The Powell Group of Keller Williams is proud to be a part of the Western Update of South Carolina. Keller Williams takes pride of taking care of their employees and the wonderful communities in which our clients find their dream home.

    One of the Powell Group of Keller Williams volunteer activities include the Keller Williams country wide RED Day. RED Day stands for Renew, Energize and Donate. Keller Williams Realty’s annual day of service is an example of our commitment to each other and to the cities and towns where we live and work. The Powell Group of Keller Williams team leader, Hoke Powell, is passionate about giving back to our communities.

    Meals on Wheels (Anderson, SC):


    Mission: Meals on Wheels assists the elderly and disabled in maintaining their health, independence, and quality of life by providing hot meals. Nutrition is extremely important to maintain good health and Meals on Wheels provides 1/3 of the daily nutritional requirements for participants. Many would not be able to stay in their own homes without the assistance provided by the agency and its many volunteers.

    The Salvation Army (Anderson, SC):

    Mission: The Salvation Army administers many programs and services designed to restore broken lives, to build healthy relationships, and to develop and encourage people of all ages.

    A few volunteer opportunities with the Salvation Army include:

    • The Food Pantry

    Anderson Interfaith Ministries:

    Mission: AIM: Accept. Inspire. Minister. Is an efficient non-profit organization that meets the needs of struggling individuals and families in Anderson County. AIM was founded by churches to eliminate the duplication of assistance to those in need. For more than two decades, AIM has stabilized the community and continues to do so using its hand up, not hand out philosophy. AIM is known for doing a lot with a little and continues to significantly help its clients positively change their lives long-term. AIM is unique because of its numerous efficient programs and passionate, committed volunteers. AIM is well known in the Upstate for giving hope and changing lives and continues to do so with unparalleled levels of energy, efficiency and reliability.
