However, when looking for a new house, it is important to do as much research as you can.  As Kirk Brown from the Independent Mail reports, there is utility construction currently happening in one part of Anderson.

According to the article, “The installation of 3,800 feet of sewer lines, 22 manholes and an array of other improvements have created detours and plenty of dust on Henry Avenue, Hunter Drive and James Street.”  Additionally, area road improvements are also being considered.

If you are looking for a new house, it is important to understand what’s going on in and around your neighborhood.  That’s why communication with your city administrators and construction crews is not only encouraged – it’s vital.

The Powell Group understands that looking for a house can be difficult at times.  However, there are many options from which to choose.  Just go to our website and search in your desired area.  Our team members are more than happy to help you do the research you need in order to find the home of your dreams.
