Run with Cupid for kids with disabilities

As we all know, this Sunday is Valentine’s Day – the day when we all celebrate love.  However, there are many ways to do so, and a local organization has a unique method.

Community Options, Inc. in Greenville is a nonprofit organization that believes that all people – whether they have a disability or not – have the right to freedom of self-determination.  They provide housing, support services, and advocacy assistance.  In the process, they are helping to empower people with disabilities.

The organization is holding their annual Cupid’s Chase.  It is a five-kilometer race in Greenville to help raise funds.  Everyone from runners, walkers, and people who use wheelchairs are invited to participate.
