The area of Anderson County on State Road 81 near T.L. Hanna High School is growing significantly. As a result, prospective buyers need to act quickly! The time for hesitating is over!
According to Nikie Mayo of the Independent Mail, residential growth has increased over the past several months with no signs of slowing down.
“Alesia Hunter, the county’s development standards manager, said recently her office has processed preliminary paperwork for several proposed subdivisions and for expansions of long-established existing ones since January,” Mayo said. “If all the different projects come together, she said, it would result in the construction of at least 300 new homes.”
With additional housing and all the local schools in a great area, now is the perfect opportunity to invest time to look around. Not only are houses coming. They are being sold just as quickly. People are making offers almost immediately.
Mayo’s message from Anderson County Administrator Rusty Burns is true.
“The proposed growth and the ongoing building send a message about the area,” Burns said. According to Mayo, Burns continued. “It shows that this is a good place to live and raise a family.”
Burns message about raising a family in a good area hits home with many prospective buyers. With the idea of having a good neighborhood in which to raise a family and the acknowledgment that recent events have brought to this area, it is no wonder why people are flocking to Anderson County to start a new life.
